We keep cancellation simple and fair. This policy applies to all bookings with Liwa Camping Tours and Travel LLC and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All timings are measured from your scheduled pick-up or arrival time (UAE time).
1. Standard packages
Applies to Guided Overnight Camping, Self-Drive Support and Stargazing experiences:

2. Liwa Festival Camping (Dec–Jan)
Festival season is limited-capacity, so tighter terms apply:

3. Private & corporate camps
Cancellation terms are stated in your written quotation. Unless agreed otherwise: deposits are non-refundable once camp build or procurement has begun; cancellations more than 21 days before the event receive a full refund of amounts beyond the deposit.
4. If we cancel
If we cancel your experience for safety, weather or operational reasons, you always choose between a 100% refund or a free rebooking — regardless of notice period. If severe weather forces cancellation mid-experience, we refund the unused portion proportionally or offer an equivalent credit.
5. Date changes
One free date change is included on every standard booking when requested at least 72 hours in advance (7 days for festival camping), subject to availability. Further changes may carry a AED 100 admin fee per booking.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of confirmation. Bank and card processing times vary. We'll confirm every refund in writing on WhatsApp or email.
7. How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 243 8003 or email hello@liwacamping.com with your booking name and date. Your cancellation time is the time we receive your message.
